Shipping: Cut the fluff. When do I get my stuff?

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days from time of shipment to receipt. This can vary based on carrier and time of year (such as a slow down in the winter holiday season).

We prioritize getting your order out the door as soon as we can. Typically, this means if you order before 1 pm Central Monday through Friday, we'll get it in the mail that day. If it is after 1pm, it will likely go out the next business day.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged products in transit. You have the option of purchasing Shipping Insurance which will ensure if you product is lost or damaged, we will replace the product and re-ship with no additional charge.

If you do not purchase Shipping Insurance, we will not replace products that are lost or damaged by the carrier/shipper. In these instances, you would need to reach out to the carrier and place a claim with them directly.

Returns
Do to the nature of our products being a human-consumable, we cannot accept returns. 

In the event our products arrive safely but do not meet the standards set by High Spirits, please reach out to support at support@drinkhighspirits.com for resolution.
